EuroTins - Delivery Policy

Delivery Services

We use Royal Mail and several other courier companies to deliver parcels efficiently to a wide range of destinations. Understanding that our customers want to keep delivery costs as low as possible, we have secured special rates to provide affordable shipping options.

For UK and USA Buyers

Royal Mail

  • Lightweight Items (under 2kg): All items under 2kg are dispatched via Royal Mail, typically within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Next-Day Delivery: If you need urgent delivery, we offer next-day delivery through Royal Mail. This option is not available through the website, so please contact us by phone or email to arrange this service and pay any additional costs.

Other Couriers

  • Heavy Items (over 2kg): For items over 2kg, we use other courier services. Standard delivery time is usually 1–2 working days after dispatch (in 99% of cases). For example, an item ordered on Monday should arrive by Wednesday or Thursday. If your item does not arrive within this time frame, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
  • Special Instructions: If you have any special delivery instructions, such as “leave with neighbor,” please let us know when placing your order.

Missed Delivery

All items are sent with tracking, and you can follow your parcel’s journey from dispatch to delivery. If no one is available at your address when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card. For Royal Mail deliveries, you’ll need to visit your nearest depot to collect the parcel, as specified on the card. Most couriers will attempt to deliver again on the following business day. If you prefer re-delivery to your address, please contact us for the additional cost to arrange this.

For European Buyers

To accommodate our European customers, we have negotiated special rates for economical shipping. During checkout, select your destination, and you’ll see the postage cost before completing your payment. You can cancel the purchase if you choose not to proceed.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery to European destinations takes about 5 working days. We aim to dispatch items within 24 hours of purchase. All shipments are tracked to ensure smooth delivery.

For International Buyers

We ship worldwide. While international buyers are welcome to shop, the website won’t allow checkout for baskets over 20kg. For larger orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

If Temporarily Out of Stock

Although we maintain large inventory levels, items may occasionally go out of stock. If this happens, we’ll ship the available items in your order right away, and send the rest as soon as it’s back in stock at no extra charge. If an item is expected to be unavailable for a longer period, we will offer you an alternative or a refund.
