Online Orders
By completing the checkout process and clicking the final button, you agree to our terms and conditions as stated on this website. When you place an order online, it serves as an offer to buy goods from us. Once accepted, this becomes a binding contract. If, for any reason, we cannot accept your order, you will be fully refunded. The contract becomes effective once we notify you that your goods have been dispatched.
All transactions are processed in USD ($), and orders will only be dispatched once payment has cleared in our account. If payment takes additional time to process, we may need to delay shipping until funds are confirmed.
Out-of-Stock Items
While we typically maintain a large stock, certain items may temporarily sell out. If this occurs, we will ship the rest of your order as usual, and send any out-of-stock items as soon as they are available—at no additional shipping charge. If the item is expected to remain out of stock for an extended period, we will offer you the choice of an alternative product or a refund.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item, we offer a refund (excluding delivery costs) if the item is returned within 28 days of purchase and is in a saleable condition. Please note that due to delicacy and hygiene, edible items cannot be returned.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of purchase. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors outside our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties or events beyond our control, including severe weather, postal strikes, or other unexpected issues.
If you provide delivery instructions, such as "Leave with neighbor," we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods.
Uncollected Parcels
If a courier leaves a delivery card, it is your responsibility to follow the instructions provided to collect the parcel. If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, you will need to pay additional postage for redelivery.
